At Spring Senior Assisted Living, we offer attractive private suites as well as private and shared rooms. Our monthly rental rate includes a generous array of services and amenities. Among these services offered are 24-hour staffing, medication management, assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming, three nutritious meals daily, activities and entertainment, scheduled transportation, all utilities (except telephone and cable), weekly housekeeping, laundry services, and much, much more!

All-Inclusive Monthly Rates

Private Room 1st Floor from $4,300
Shared Room 1st Floor from $3,300

Private Room 2nd Floor from $4,100
Shared Room 2nd Floor from $3,200

Private Suite Standard from $4,600
Private Suite Deluxe from $4,900

Respite Stay from $175 per/day

A one-time processing fee of $2,500 is required for each resident to reserve a room and begin the Admission Process. This fee is refundable based on the refund schedule up to four months upon vacating the room. If the resident is still residing in the facility after four months, the total fee is non-refundable. Room charges commence upon moving possessions or residents into the room. This processing fee will hold the room of your choice for two weeks only, if other like rooms are available. In the event no other like rooms are available, and another reservation is made, you will have the first right of refusal to begin paying for the room or the reservation will be converted to a waiting list. In the event these options are declined, the processing fee will be returned. A charge for a second occupant is an additional fee per month and is based on each individual resident’s needs. Final monthly rates will be determined after the Resident Evaluation. Spring Senior Assisted Living reserves the right to change published prices and services without notice.
